Default Need some Timing Tuner help

After reading and rereading these directions that came with the TT I officially have no clue how to set this thing up. Everything is wired in correctly, both LED's turn on for a second when I turn the key on.

I'm trying to simply pull 6 degrees of timing while spraying, run my normal timing when NA. I'd also like to set up the window switch from 3200 to 6300. Not really concerned with screwing around with the delay function yet unless it really is best to set it up with some delay.

Like I said, I'm f'ing lost here. If someone can point me in the right direction or walk me through it I'd appreciate it. These directions that I downloaded aren't making any sense whatsoever.

Actually, I think I got it now. The only thing that seems off is after I configure the upper RPM and turn the key on, the LEDs don't light up, so I'm not sure if it's working the way it should be. Anybody have any insight?

Anyone have this happen or offer any help? This thing's gonna be in the garbage pretty damn soon.
