Default Nitrous and spool

How does using nitrous help spool a turbo? I searched around and couldn't find what I was looking for. Would I benefit even more since I have an STS system and what shot do you reccommend? I do not want anything drastic.

yes it does help because it creates more exhaust and heat hence helping it spool. remember a 50 shot with forced induction will yield way more than 50 horsepower. i was told it produces twice the shot so a 50 shot would make 100 horse, but i dont know for sure because we never dynoed the setup.
