I am about to place my order for the following parts and would like to know if you see anything missing from my setup.

Oh and does the digital dual stage window switch allow you to control rpm activation and deactivation? If not what would I need?

Nope.. and yes.

did you double up on the heater though? The 860 is an automatic heater.

 

Dont think so I just copied the part number off of their website. I noticed that while I was writing all my parts down but the website says its a 860-F-Body Bottle Mounting Bracket which is the bracket that mounts within the spare tire area.

 

Your list looks good. The digital windowswitch give you the activation RPm as well as the deactivation RPM. It also gives you a TPS activation and traction controll. It also controlls up to two stages.
