interface users?

interface users? When using the interface are you using the yellow section of the interface- adding fuel or subtracting? I have heard of people adding fule to only be too rich and then end up not adding or subtracting.
I have talked to HSW and just wanted to see what some of the users thought.

it can work from 3000 up to 8000, you can either add a % over all or add by RPM increase, well thats what I get from the reading. I was just wondering at what HP level people were having to add more fuel or if they were subtracting fuel with smaller hits.
