I'm gettin rid of my n.o.s. kit for a TNT wet kit. If i am spraying 100 shot with the wet kit will i have a big chance of detonation with the stock plugs in? Also HPP3 is installed and i heard that it retards timing 2* will this be a problem.
Sorry if these are stupid questions but any help will be appreciated

 

hpp3 advances timing not retards.

stock plugs not a good idea to spray

Remove both before spraying.
(install new plugs, non platinum, and colder)

I second NGK TR6 use.

Do NOT run HPPIII power tune while spraying. It advances your timing, and could cause serious detonation. Get LS1 edit, or run a Timing Tuner that activates with your nitrous. I run both, LS1 Edit for NA, and TT for Nitrous. It helps me sleep at night.
