you may have better luck than me but i doubt it.to make the trans last a little longer (i had a 4l60e last for a while spraying) have the spray shut off like 50rpms before the shiftpoint. you'll hardly feel it. it takes some logging, you may have to use the mph table more than the rpm table (hptuners) to get it perfect because when the n20 shuts off the rpms will drop down and the n20 can surge on again before the car shifts- but imho it's the best way to do it. takes trial and error to get it right but worth it in the end.
