Digital RPM Window Switch(MSD#8969) @WOT, shift points are@6800rpm. Rev limiter is@7200rpm. At what rpm should I set the nitrous to turn off at? I will be setting it to come on@ around 3000 rpm.
if you spray through the shifts the trans probably won't last. why do you think i have a th400? because i don't like OD and lockup? 
you may have better luck than me but i doubt it.
to make the trans last a little longer (i had a 4l60e last for a while spraying) have the spray shut off like 50rpms before the shiftpoint. you'll hardly feel it. it takes some logging, you may have to use the mph table more than the rpm table (hptuners) to get it perfect because when the n20 shuts off the rpms will drop down and the n20 can surge on again before the car shifts- but imho it's the best way to do it. takes trial and error to get it right but worth it in the end.
