well the question can i use one micro switch for two nitrous kits...
but i want to have have two different switches to arm them
is there such thing as having both kits with one micro switch with different arming switches..
or would i need two micro switches to be able to arm them separately

How about a dual stage digital window switch?
One arming switch, but you can set a different RPM for each kit to kick on?

You should be able to use the WOT switch for your ground connections to the relay's for both kits and then use your arming switch for the positive side of the relay. Should be a pretty simple setup.
