I'm looking to use a progressive controlled 100 shot on my heads cam LS1 setup. What Nitrous kit would everyone reccomend? Wet or Dry?

 

My 1st nitrous system was the TNT Wet Kit. It absoulutely kicked ***! I highly recommend that kit to anyone wanting to spray up to a 200shot! As far as a controller, fuggedaboutit! Shoot that bitch right of the line!

TNT F1 for me. NO CONTROLLER NEEDED. If you have traction...spray it out of the hole.

But I plan on upgrading to a NXL Direct Port when the new motor is in.

 

Sell me the TNT ...lol


So a regular wet kit and no controller will be fine?

Do you guys hook on the street w/ H/C/N20 without a controller?

 

I dont hook anywhere unless I am on ET Drags...

Maybe they should rename the NOSZLE kit the 'Spider' Kit, those things look so dayum busy. My friends is similar..

 

Well naturally I'll be on Et streets when I go to race, and was thinking a dual stage or a progressive controller work well on the street and spray the bitch all the way out of the hole on the track? does that make sense?

 

Makes sense, but....Nitrous really aint legal inside a car on public roads....with that being said I did see this one NBM 2000 Z28, nailed the throttle on the bottle and spun like a biatch for a couple blocks on heated DR'd...NO TRACTION

 

I think if I get caught racing having the bottle hooked up is the least of my worries =)

Depends on local laws, but actual use is hard to prove. Unless of course they have an open bottle valve law.

had nx single nozzle kit, then went to tnt ring, now custom nx direct port is almost done.

Absolutely not. I've yet to dead hook at the track! That 1.40 60' was spinning the tire!!!!

 

Best thing to do on the street is hope it will hold in 2nd or so if not wait to spray in third. I rarely have a problem holing in third. Unless it's a cool night. As far as out of the hole i still cant get the ETStreet's to hook on a 100shot.
