Switch from 75-150 shot picks up 2mph?
What would cause me to only pickup 2mph? I've gone through quite a good amount of troubleshooting and I can't really figure it out. The car goes from 12.6 to 11.8 on a 75 shot, but doesn't seem to want to go any faster with a 150. Timing has been retarded, but maybe I just need to put some race gas in it? Checked nitrous filter and it's clear. Rebuilt the n2o solenoid. I'm looking at the way that the nossle is mounted in my intake at this point. I guess I really just need to spring for the plate setup.

no spinning on the good runs, hitting at the same time. one theory of mine involves problems with the 2-3 shift. the shiftpoint was set at 6400 and even on the motor, after one or two passes it would start to lag on the 2-3 shift and it sounded like i was getting some valve float. the 75 shot made it more noticeable and the 150 shot even more noticeable, so I may just be losing a significant amount of time on that shift. I have since lowered the shiftpoint to 6200 and it feels great on the motor. i guess we'll have to do some testing on the bottle. soon enough

its that nozzle im assumming its a plain old nos fogger....all i could get out of mine was .9 and 9 mph ...it hit almost as hard on a 75 shot as it did the 150....switch out to a fogger2 or a shark nossle...

ya it's the original fogger nossle. maybe that's the problem. I don't know if i want to even bother replacing the nossle or if I want to just pickup a plate setup. i guess a nossle is probably cheaper. what are the pros/cons?
