WTB: Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppy in NC area Must be AKC registered, no more than 12 weeks old, male, blue or brown (not brindle) pref. Must be in NC, VA, or SC. If you know anyone or you have some yourself, send me a pm. Please.

try www.puppyfind.com You can search by breed and location. They have 1 in NC for $200 and a couple in SC but they're over $1,000.
