Rock River Arms Lar complete upper with extras For sale is a Rock River Arms complete upper receiver. It has a 20" stainless steel match grade heavy barrell with 1:9 twist. Its chambered for 5.56. It also comes with an Osprey International 3-9x42 scope with an illuminated mil-dot reticle and an UTG bi pod. Rifle has roughly 400 rounds through it.
