1953 Chevy Factory Motor and Trans This is automotive, but doesn't really belong in any other forums, so I am putting it here. Wondering if any body is interested in the factory 215 ci. 6 cylinder motor and 3 speed manual transmission from a 1953 Chevy pickup. I am placing this ad for my dad as he is building a motor for this truck. The motor ran when the truck was parked and is in excellent condition overall. The only problem with the motor is that the butterfly on the carburator is stuck closed, which is easily fixable. He is asking $500 for the complete setup.
