Default Free greyhound to good home!!!

Hi, Im in the middle of a divorce and I have a greyhound left over from it. I really like him, but I live in an apartment and I feel that I cant take as good care of him as he deserves. I really want to get him to a place with a backyard. He is black with some grey on his face and a white patch on his chest. His name is Bailey and he is a retired racer. He is about 65-70 lbs cat, dog, child, oldperson, and any other pet or thing you can think of friendly. I also have a cage for him that he likes to hang out in. He is house also trained. I live in the northern Va area and will meet people who are interested in him.

Greyhounds are great dogs!!! I've had 2 of them and you couldn't ask for a better dog!!! They love their owners and are very obedient!

Hes about 5 years old. He is a great dog too, I just cant take care of him like I think he needs to be so Im giving him up. Hes been off a leash before, but I do advise against it. Just because thats what they told me when I adopted him. He is also up to date on his shots. I can have pics up in a few days.

I just had to give up my greyhound not to long ago. They've been dubbed "40 mph couch potatoes" and they live up to the name. And you must keep a greyhound on a leash at all times if you are not in a fenced in area. They are at full run in about two strides, and all they need is to get spooked or see something they want and it's adios.
