i usually only make it 1 weekend a month so it will probly be 2-3 weeks before its ready
so i guess 2-3 from now?

ok sorry for the delay. I dont have pics never done anything with it over the net. figure about a 3 pound roast gets you a pound of jerky. i can make the moist or the hard chewy stuff. and according to the local post office shipping is going to be about 7 dollars because of a food charge. so total is going to be like 17 dollars shipped ? let me know for sure who wants what by PM its easier to keep track

EDIT- sorry guys the wife says no less than 14/lb plus shipping. i told her she was nuts. but its her business not mine. (you cant tell her anything)

Can you take a pic of what a pound of jerky looks like??? I'm DEFINATELY in for the original, and possibly also the terryaki. I just haven't a clue of how much a pound is!
