So you said it was the one on top correct? But then in the other pictures the gun is lacking the sight rail. Is that rail included? I have a buddy who maybe interested.

Yes rail is included, I had it on the M4 when I went shooting the other day.

Who makes it...cause if its the one on top...bushmaster I thought is a snake not a duty honor country symbol...the bottom one has the bushmaster lower that I normally c. with all this aside i ask because i am intersted in getting it

The upper is a bushmaster with a brand new Troy rail. The lower is made by a local company, Gun Smoke Enterprises out of Tampa Florida (best AR15 company in FL).
