just fyi, not trying to rain on your parade, but microsoft is starting to ban consoles from live that are modded, just a heads up to a would be buyer... if you have no intention of going on live then this would still play all backups...

Well im not sure to what extent this process is going...but as far as im saying my freinds and I play on ours frequently...our xboxs are soft modded so this might be different than the traditional hard mod...

My friend does soft mods and he recommended me not to soft mod mine because there is a good chance i will get the ban hammer if i use xbox live
