The turbo will work by itself. What you need to set it up is a set of headers, flanges, crossover pipe, down pipe, an intercooler, intercooler tubing, wastegate, blow off valve, and a tune.

I have the turbo and an extra exhaust manifold I was going to cut up to make it work on the driver's side. You could use a stock manifold on the passenger side. I'll throw that manifold in for free if a person with an LT1 wants it and pays for the shipping.
