I've got a set of Magnaflow tips that I don't plan on using, they are actually the pipes cut at the muffler weld all the way out to the tips. They are in good condition, I didn't notice any scratches.
If someone is interested I'll take some pics and post them...

I'm located outside of Boston.
Here are a couple pics of the tips. Upon close inspection I realized there are some scrapes on the top side of the driver's side tip, and some small ones on the bottom of both. I don't think either will be visible when these are mounted. The sides look fine, so they will pass the 5' inspection just fine. I think some mothers would clean up the scrapes pretty well (as well as the tiny rust flecks on the bottom side of the passenger side.)
