Default Built LT1 fresh out of machine shop

I am going to read off the build sheet form the performance shop

ENGINE BLOCK=Hot Tanks/bead cleaned
Hone&bore .030 over
Torque plate bore service
Line hone mains
OE cast crank shaft cut 10/10
OE connecting rods reconditioned
balanced assembly, short block was assembled and clearenced

PARTS LIST=Clevite bearings mains/rods
TRW forged pistons 10.1 compression
Seal power molly rings
ARP rod bolts
COM CAMS XR269HR Cam Shaft
Stock replacement timing chain
New GM water pump drive asm.
melling high volume oil pump
New freeze plugs/gally plugs

CYLINDER HEADS=OE Stock heads Stage 2 port/polish job
Complete 3 angle valve job
mill head surface
new ferrea stainless valves/retainers
New valve guilds
New comp valve springs

So there it is fresh out of the machine shop and the only run time it has seen was on a engine dyno. I dont have any HP numbers of flow numbers for it. My buddy wants to start the price at $3400. My friend is also considering trades for a LS1+some cash.
