The license plate frame was already attached to the bumper when I purchased the car back in Feb of 1995. I bought the car BRAND NEW with only 4 miles on it. It came that way from the dealership (Love Automall in Beaufort, SC).
(Just a side note) - In the State of Texas, you *MUST* display a license plate to the extreme FRONT and REAR of your vehicle. That means the front and rear bumpers. Placing a license plate in the dash of your car is a violation. I routinely pull cars over and often write a person a traffic citation for not displaying a front license plate. LOL, for the price of my front bumper cover and license plate bracket, I just purchased the license plate bracket ONLY for my front T/A style bumper cover for friggin' $45 dollars + and extra $10 dollars to ship! Ouch.

Yeah.. I know some parts can "fetch" a higher selling price but in my house, the LAW ALMIGHTY has spoken: (AKA, my WIFE!).. LOL. She said, "I'm tired of all your damn car parts laying around, taking up space.. you need to get rid of em" ..haha. At this point, I am letting things go cheap because she wants the room where I have all my parts stored, to be converted into a "guest room" (and guess who's visiting in a couple of months.. yep, her mother)!
