(AZ) LQ4 + LS6 Heads + LS6 Intake Manifold + ECU and Coils for a nice LTx w/Headers

(AZ) LQ4 + LS6 Heads + LS6 Intake Manifold + ECU and Coils for a nice LTx w/Headers Alright I decided I was going to get away from the LTX and go to an LSx Style so I bought the following:
LQ4 Shortblock still assembled less than 25,000 Miles in EXCELLENT Shape.
LS6 Heads with PRC Dual Valve Springs and Ti Retainers Less than 10,000 Miles on the Heads in Great shape as well.
LS6 Intake Manifold in Good Shape.
2000 Firebird V8 ECU and Coil Packs.
Then I thought, sell the Formula put it in an RX7 FC make great power with less weight.
And then I realized that no matter how I changed the project I was just burned out and need to get back to just driving again not starting new projects all the god damn time.
So Here is what I need (Since I sold most of my LTx Stuff).
A Complete LTx, better than stock and low mileage like mine is here. (Low Mileage means 50,000 max).
I would also like the following:
1) Vented Opti with either the MSD Cap on a Gen. GM Replacement or a Full on WORKING MSD Opti.
2) Not just a bolt on motor, so say a 355 with a good cam or just in need of a cam.
3) Good Heads
4) ARP Rod bolts and Head Bolts will save me some time doing it myself.
5) Headers (They can be Pacesetter just so long as they are long tubes)
6) I have my Alternator, Water Pump, AC and brackets if you don't have or want too keep those. But I need Fuel Rails and Injectors.
7) I need the tuned ECU to go with it for an M6. I will modify it for 4.10's.
8) I need a flywheel (Pref that you have a nice light weight Flywheel and aftermarket clutch but I have a new stock clutch and will take just a flywheel)
Now I have some extra stuff laying around should you have a great deal.

A second set of 4.10 Gears for a Factory 10 Bolt
SLP Line Lock
Black Firebird Door Panels

Pics: (FYI Its not rust on the LQ4 I took them with my Good G1 Phone and a Shop Light and they came out badly. If you need proof I will go over with my goo camera today and get excellent pics.)
