I just had a new axle and gears installed and had the old ones (3.42) pulled.
They are in excellent shape and it appears the mechanic took the posi unit out with it. Teeth look brand new, no damage anywhere I can see. Ran great before I made the swap and just got the car back today.
They came out of a 1995 Formula with 99K, all original, no mods or heavy driving. Prefer local pickup but if you want to pay for the shipping, i'll look into how much. Weight is around 50 lbs give or take 10.
One of the rings has Timken LM501313 stamped on it if that helps you determine whether it will work for your vehicle or not.
Taking best offer, but would like to see $100.

Sorry I havent gotten back to you yet. Easter weekend and all. As soon as I can i'll let ya know.
Isn't 15228 just south of Pitts? I'm about an hour north of there in Meadville. I could possibly meet you like halfway for a little extra more to cover gas and save you some shipping charges.
The S-10 thing, i'm not sure about.

I'm afraid I don't have the differential anymore. (or are you referring to the part the ring and pinion is attached to?) It had a rotted upper spring perch.
I'm taking it all down to get it weighed so I can get estimates on shipping for it. I will post later once I have the information.
Edit:
shipping to Montreal, Quebec, Canada H4A 1W7: You're looking at around $50 dollars for the basic UPS shipping. The whole thing weighs ~42lbs. (using a home scale to get a good idea, actual price may go up or down a small amount with a more accurate weight)
