There is no way a track car could only have minimal street time in that amount of time .. His cars are trailered to and from the track and see minimal to no street time.

Don't know about the stall speed but that is what I have always been told that he was running.

OP is a good guy and wouldn't try to screw anyone with anything.. No reason to report anything, I will bring this to his attention tomorrow.
