UMI Performance Torque Arm

I'm taking off my UMI Performance Tunnel Brace mounted Torque Arm. It's Adjustable, Poly Bushings, comes with the DS Loop in the pic. At the moment the DS Loop isn't attached, but it can be welded on.

How much of difference does it make to have the poly bushings? I was told that if you have a drag car only its best to go with spherical ends cause sound and ride arent an issue. Would rather weight and spend the extra money if there is a major difference.
