FS: BRP Power Rack & Pinion Kit for F-Body **SOLD** Locally, Thanks.
I have a brand new R&P kit from BRP Hotrods for 1st gen camaros and firebirds. I've already sent them my tie rods to be modified and will include my rack. Here is there discription:
"This is the BRP power rack and pinion conversion kit for first generation 1967-1969 Camaro and Firebirds. This kit comes with all the necessary parts needed to convert the factory style steering to the GM LS1 style power rack and pinion, to allow for greater control of the car with increased stiffness to the steering. BRP modifies (sleeves) the inner tie rod ends and install new QA-1 Chrome Moly outer rod end tie rods, ship new CNC T-6 Alum. billet steering arms, steering shaft, u-joint, coupler, brackets, bolts,etc. The kit requires the sub frame to be modified to allow the rack and pinion to fit; all needed parts are included to allow for the simplest installation possible."
This kit is $999.00 plus shipping from BRP. I want $650 shipped OBO. Thanks
