I bought this transmission a little over a year ago. It was kept in a heated garage before that for about a year. The guy i bought it from used to drag race super sport ( i think he said) and had since retired. This was a spare transmission for his car. It had 0 miles when i bought it. I have put about 20 miles on it when i had it behind my Pontiac 400. The valve body is a full manual reverse valve body. It shifts HARD. There are no leaks. The transmission pan is a deep pan but is dented (not severly) from when i had to set the Pontiac 400 engine back down to restrap it to get it out. I had forgotten about the trans being jacked up and when the weigh came back down on the suspension it dented it. I took this out when i was installing my LS1 and had planned on painting it but ended up finding a killer deal on a built T56 so i installed that instead. The bolt pattern is a BOP pattern. Jegs sells the chevy adapter and bolts for $55. There also is no speedo hook up. The transmission was built by a builder up in Northern NY around Rochester. I included a picture of the transmission ID plate. I was told it was built to handle over 900hp

The converter is a dual bolt pattern TH350/TH400 3000 stall. It's rated to 600hp. It too also has less than 20 miles on it. I just drove the setup around to determine the condition of the engine that was in the car. It had a blown TH400 transmission in it when i bought it. Here is the exact converter i bought about a year ago

$350 for all. I would preffer local pick up only. I am located in Felton, DE about 20 minutes south of Dover. To those whom come to pick it up you can also have the blown TH400 that came out of the car (has a missing bolt hole on the casing) You can also have the new dipstick i bought for it if i can find it.
