BBC Long block/ TH400 FS

I'll try to give you the short version....
Recently purchased a BBC/chassis car and want to go in another direction with the motor/trans.
The motor is healthy. Leakdown/compression check looks good and can be verified by Rob Walden @ Lamar Walden Automotive in Doraville, GA.
Doesn't burn oil/leak, or make any noise.
I didn't build this motor, and the previous owner(not original owner)seemed to know very little concerning the hard specs. I was told the motor did 790 fwhp, but have not chassis dyno'd to confirm.
This set up is an old build, for a pro street/show car built by Jon Sandahl @Tube Chassis Designz in Mass. After speaking with Jon, and the previous owner, it doesn't appear to have been beaten on. Build has minimal mileage as it was a fair weather weekend cruiser/show car(odometer reads 1206 original miles on the car).
454" BBC, Mark IV, "P-SS", "Hi-Perf" short deck, 10.5:1 CR. LONG BLOCK/Dry Sump motor-

Mild hyd. roller cam(Lift/Dur./VE's unknown..... guessing 26x*ish/.7xxish lift)-
Miloden Gear drive-
Front mount/front drive Mallory "YL" series distributor-
MSD Blaster coil-
Accel 8.8 mm wires/pro sleeves-
Crank trigger-
Fluid Damper balancer-
Canton 3 stage dry sump pan-
2 1/8" primaries, 4" collector headers-
2 wire alt./billet mounting bracket-
Peterson 3 stage dry sump pump-
Peterson dry sump tank-
All applicable -AN fittings/braided lines-
Front/rear covers-
Motor plate-
*** Fabricated equal length runner sheet metal intake/injectors/throttle body/sensors are spoken for at this time ***
Brodix Big Brodie heads loaded-
Triple springs-
Titanium retainers-
Roller rockers-
Roller lifters -
Push rods/PR guide plates-
Brodix tall valve covers-
GM TH400(short tail)- No slip/no drip-
Forward manual valve body-
3500 converter(brand unknown)
(No trans brake)
Hurst Quarter stick shifter-
This would make a great as is/complete drop in package
for someone with an old street rod or pro street car.
Combo is still in car but can be pulled w/in 48 hrs.
Would like to sell as a package deal but will
separate..... can go several different options(IE: long/short/trans).
Really not sure what a fair asking price is?
After talking with several BBC builders, popular opinion is that it "should" bring $7500.00-$8500.00 COMPLETE PACKAGE
Trying to lean toward the low side for a qwik sale. I need to see $6500.00 + shipping whether complete drop in combo or parted out.
