TIAL wastegate, 40mm, $200 shipped 40mm Wastegate is used, worked great for me old set-up. ( I was told it was a 40mm when I purchased it, I assume it is trully a 40mm!)
I had a 6lb spring in it and it held 6psi on the money. I also have 2 other springs, 1 small red and another large spring, color is gone off of it (don't know why) but I remember I ran that spring during my 14psi on my old set-up.
Wastegate has both flanges for inlet and outlet, the inlet has a tube about 3" welded to it, I just cut it off the exhaust.
