LT1 shortblock or parts for sale or trade. I have a LT1 shortblock out of a 94 Trans-Am for sale. It has a knock in the motor, possibly a rod. I parked the car IMMEDIATELY after I heard the noise. The engine was taken out and replaced. I planned on rebuilding it, but ended up buying an LS1 recently instead. The motor has around 80,000 miles on it.
aluminum LT1 heads: $200
LT1 intake manifold: $100
OR
Complete shortblock in need of a rebuild - $400
Willing to trade for LS1 performance parts, ie 1 3/4" Longtube headers, LS6 intake, etc.
I haven't taken anything off the engine yet, and I don't want to rip it apart if I can sell the whole thing all in one shot. I will take pics of it, if needed or requested.
