Yup I heard they run GREAT when you put a LSx engine in them with a good GM trans I hear they run 9s all day

I think you are referring to a Pinks episode. That car raced a Windsor equipped fox body, and lost. Oh well. You can keep up the trash talk as long as you don't let those pesky facts get in your way.

What about the Ford powered (Windsor) Chevy S10 that outran a Chevy equipped Buick. And the Buick was using nitrous.

Actually I was looking at the REAL fast cars you might want to cruise this site some and see who is running those classes with LSx Fox combo's. The Fox has its advantage but the power plant is not one of them

If my car wieghed in the same as yours it would be a shoe in for the 10.5 index Then again I am good running 10.9s when I try hard and 11.0s EVERY pass off the trailer this year I have 20+ 11.0 time slips!

Hahah, when I was at the pinks all out St. Louis event, during the drivers meeting someone asked if he would be riding a bike...we all had a good laugh!

As for the event, it was a ton of fun...we plan on going to 3 events in 09.

hehe How do you thin us "old EFI" guys feel? They are dropping stock LS2s in Fox bodys and running bottom tens N/A. It is quite sick even for us.

BTW do not waste preaching to me I started out a ford guy with a SBF

Well something isnt adding up there. Even if a stock LS2 made 400 hp at the wheels that fox body would have to weigh 2k lbs to see a low 10.

And btw we've been through this before, you bailed out of sbf's just as things were getting good so...........
