We got about 5" of new snow today. The roads were slicker than **** today. Glad it has finally stopped snowing and it has seemed to warm up a little bit. Hopefully this **** will start to melt soon.

Where you work at?
I work in Monroe. Right over near the Hospital. It was still snowing small stuff when we left there at about 4:30 and it's still snowing small stuff here at home up on Old Owen Rd. just outside Monroe.

I was at work standing at the front door when I watched one guy slide right through the stop sign at Tye and 147th and almost take out a telephone box. Not 10 minutes later I see a girl coming the other direction off of 147th onto Tye and slide right across the road into the ditch. Definitely take it slow, stay back from people and get home safe everyone!

I just got back from Edmonds and the freeways were way better than when I drove up at 3 pm. Nothing at all really, just wet. Also, when I got back into West Seattle here they finally cleaned up the main so there's hardly any slush. It was worse when I left.

Happy Holidays to all!

X-Mas present for the WS6 will be a nice bath.

We were just talking about how much fun having a snowmobile would be right about now. I guess I could put some big mud flappers on the Toyota and go have a good time. But first I would have to dig it out of 6 feet of snow.

Here's a picture of the pool behind our apartment it was starting to freeze over earlier this week. The hot tub is still nice and warm though

Guess we'll see how the grand prix does on the way up to amanda's parents house in Arlington

Well I just got back from Olyimpia in the father inlaws truck. I was greeted with a damn near four foot burm in front of our drive way AGAIN!! WTF over! How about I block the damn hill coming out of your place dick head!

I know, I know they are just doing their job.... Where the **** you think I am going to put it...back on the road BITCH!

Last week I shoveled 18 Inches off the shop. There is another foot up there now.

I really do love the stuff, but a tripp to the Olyimpia Hospital at 10pm last night in the snow at 70MPH was just to much.

I hope everyone had a good Christmas!

Sounds like you had a good Christmas Ebeneezer....cough cough, I mean Ellis.

Muhc of our snow melted yesterday, and now it's all frozen solid. Chads neighbor (the cop) just got stuck on the corner WITH CHAINS on his car. And of course he wouldn't accept my help (4x4 with a tow rope).

The trip into arlington was... fun?! got stuck twice getting through the housing development. Main roads were fine for the most part. Was able to get the car out by rocking it though. On the way back we got high centered leaving the driveway lol. Then once we made it to the main roads which were a sheet of ice we couldn't see 15 feet in front of us because of the thick fog. But we finally made it to the freeway and home. (This was in our 98 GTP btw not the ws6)

Here are some pics of the snow on the way to my parents house in edmonds and the puppies first chance to play in the snow. one of them is elsa's werewolf impersonation. I wish I'd been able to get a picture of Elsa (the purebred GSD, who is now 8 1/2 mos and 78lbs) when we were shoveling the driveway. She jumped from the yard into the ditch after raven and landed face first into a big pile of powder and disappeared lol.

My Mom had a heart attack Christmas Eve and my Dad almost couldn't get out of their driveway in 4X4 to take her to the hospital. He made it Thank God and so did she (after getting a stint in her heart). We got her back home today and just had Christmas dinner with her at home.

Oh, and her driveway now looks like there was never any snow on it after Ellis and my brothers got done with it.

Ellis had good reason to be a Grinch...We had to drive from Monroe to Olympia Christmas Eve not knowing if my Mom was going to live or die. Then he left his truck here for me and my dad to use so we could safely get back and forth to the hospital. He took my dads truck home to monroe and ended up doing some more work on it for my dad. He's my Hero

Steph and Ellis,

Very sorry to hear about your mom but very glad she's doing ok now. Been a very rough month in our household too, lost our 3 month old nephew to sids dec 2nd.

Things like this kinda put things back in perspective.

Hope things turn around and start getting better for you guys.

Looks like I missed a good snow. I went to Germany for most of the month hoping to get some snow and didn't get any and here it snowed like a ****. O-well I still got to eat some great food and drink some great beer.

Steph and Ellis I am glad to hear that it all worked out even if it did put a damper on festivities it seems to have worked out for the best and in the end thats all that matters.
