Damn thats a mess out there, definately need some of those floaties that kids wear on their arms, haha. I would never want to deal with that crap. Its a good time to be in construction though.

I remember last time when my car was at Arron's. I was sweating bullets. His house ended up being the only one on the block not under water. Man, I owe you so much, if I wasn't on mandatory overtime I'd be there helping you out!

The only good thing is that it is not river water just ground water saturation from snow and everything else. CLeanup will not be bad except for moving everything out to dry it out.... at least I have a couple days to do it.

WOW!!!! Sure glad I live on the other side of town. I can't believe how much water flowed into the Valley from yesterday till today!!! At least the rivers are receding and there is little rain in sight for the next few days.

Well I had some help from my neghbor tonight, got off a little early and got to work on the garage. We got everything picked up, some of the hardiboard ripped out to let the walls breath. Looks like I will be doing some drainage improvements tomorrow. Going to rent a jackhammer and put a sump pump beneath my concrete pad. Thanks to all those that offered help.

Husker, my car is down south and so is the trailer. I just need the water table to drop to be able to start the real cleanup.
