Vernonia Car Show Nehalem Valley Speed & Beauty car club is having it's annual car show next Saturday August 8th, 10 am to 4 pm. on the school grounds in Vernonia. A lot of people and a lot of nice cars of all years. They missed a year because the storm/flood forced them off the school grounds. $15 all years, procedes to local charities. Live music.
I enter this one just to give them the $15 and have at least one F-body among the new Mustangs. Also we camp on the school grounds all weekend with my wife's softball team, there is a tournement going on all weekend. Big party time.
Vernonia is a nice little town in the Coast Range, has it's Friendship Jamboree all weekend. Road closed 11-12 for the parade. Nice day for a drive on the back roads.

And I won best in class for 2000 and newer, with the WS6 at the car show. And the wife's softball team took second place in the tournement and she got All Star award.
