This looks like a pretty cool trip. I don't have my school schedule figured out yet so I'm not sure if I could make it or not. It'd be an all day drive just to get there for me but I might try to swing it if I can make the school thing work out.
BTW: Anyone ever thought about making a "Going To The Sun" highway cruise through Glacier Natl Park? Looks like a pretty cool place for a scenic drive. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O6bpOtsNfIs

I'll look into it more and see what it'll take to get a group run going up there (food, lodging, gas stops etc). The biggest issue looks like it'd be the weather up there. It's only 6800ft at the highest pass but the snow sometimes takes till early summer (early to mid June) to get the road open to the public. It would probably be best planned as an August or early September run. This is also taking into account the already established Kwa nee (sp?) and Crater Lake runs in June and July.
Let me research it a bit more and I'll start a seperate thread when I get the details worked out. Since most people in this section of the board seem to be based out of the WA/OR area I'm guessing there won't be as many coming to this event as those other two big cruises coming up. That'll be fine with me since I plan on driving up there eventually anyway. Just throwing it out there as a fun drive that could be even better with friends in some other cool cars.

If you come over on I-90, or I-80 then up I-15, I'll pretty much be on your route. I'm moving to the Anaconda area in a couple of weeks from now. Shoot me a PM if you've got an idea of when you'll be heading up this way. I'm usually pretty flexible on my schedule, till I start school around the end of May anyway. I can show you where the 1/8 mile drag strip in Anaconda is if you want to check it out. Don't know what the racing schedule is like there yet though.
EDIT: This is the drag strip web link. Not much info there, but at least there's some contact info.

I'm down, for sure, 100% this time! Hell, I don't care if I have to take my truck!
Any of you guys live in Springfield, OR and have a place I can park a truck and trailer for the weekend? I'm thinking about towing my WS.6 up to Springfield, unloading it and then rolling with you guys in the WS.6 to Klamath Falls.
