Default The Chevelle project...

So update for the NW Tech guys...

Bought in Oct and planned to pull 350/TH350 to reseal, clean, paint, stall, and shift kit... Well headers were hitting in a couple spots and I got pissed and sold the motor, trans, and some LS stuff I had.

I ended up trading a LS carb intake, MSD 6LS, 5.3 block, and rotating assembly with 4.8 pistons for a L76.

Running stock rotating assembly for now with LS7 lifters to delete the AFM/DOD and a EPS cam to delete the VVT. Specs are 226/234 .598/.601 113+2. I also did the Comp trunion upgrade and ARP head studs to prepare for future needs. Running LS3 intake w/ ported TB.

Trans/clutch came from DietCoke's car...

Car is also being switched to a 70 style...not really a fan of the 71/72.

Very nice!! I would love to do a pro touring car, and have always loved the 70' Chevelle's

can't wait to see how it turns out, good choice on the 70 front end looks better IMO.

Using Doug's plates and headers with a CTS-V pan. Fits great!

Just got Tanks Inc PA4 fuel pump kit. Hole is drilled and now I just need to shorten to correct depth.
