this summer is flying by! maybe its because summer hasent even started. wtf ever happened to summer in the PNW? does anyone remember how nice our summers used to be? i remember it usually started the beginning of june and stayed that way will the middle of september. now it just kinda never happens.. like if u agree

 

Oh yeah. I've got my room booked and the Bird is ready to roll. Haven't been to the coast in it yet, so I'm not missing this trip.

 

I agree with you slayer, I can't even remember last summer, I think it was like 3 days of 100* heat and rain before and after it!

I can't wait for the trip, do we know when and where everyone is meeting to cruise from?

Slayer , I completely agree. I'm very disappointed with this summer. Its the weakest summer I've ever seen. Glad you're coming Ty.

 

It would be best to all meet up somewhere right off hgwy 26 in the Hillsboro area. Maybe at Portland Speed Industries, Fred Meyer at Cornelious Pass, or at Tanasbourne at the old closed down Hagen grocery store by Old Chicago.

SWEET! I booked a room at Motel 6. Cheapest and they don't require a 2 night min stay.

How about the Kohls parking lot by the Sonic? More open and places to park. I'm making the drive to Cannon and then into Seaside/Gearhart. Maybe even to Astoria to check out the Goonies house There are several great places to eat at both beaches. Figured we can eat lunch/dinner somewhere. I may even grab breakfast at the Camp 18 Restaurant on the way there. Great food!

I will be in the parking lot of Kohls @10am for those that wanna cruise out!

Kohls sounds good , a no door bashing area. Those GoPros aren't cheap. Would be nice if someone has one or two.
