Dyno/Tuning shops in Oregon. Where?

I bought HPTuners and plan to learn to tune for myself. So thats fine. The reason I bought it though was because I couldn't find anyone locally that knew how to tune.
I found a shop called FTWRacing in Eugene. They specialize in Subaru setups but do have a dyno.

Paolo in beavercreek/clackamas has a dyno you can rent for x amount per pull or hour where you can tune your own car or have them tune it. If you can't tune I would see for LS1 tuning Wongs up in Vancouver, wa he knows LS motors very well and is well known for his abilities
