I have cmmg parts coming for one of the lowers now.

The complete is modded Stag 2. 5.56 16in A4. Shots like a dream!

The SAA Reaper is still in the "not sure what i want" stage. Not sure if i want a 300blackout or sone thing that will strike dead at 600 plus meters

I only said the shotguns cuz that's the gun in all zombie games to have lol. I know in real life something lighter that holds more rounds would be a better option. However, fully auto would definatly NOT be the gun to have in most cases during a zombie fest. U only need one round to kill a zombie, one to the head and ammo conservation is key to surviving in these situations. Semi-auto rifle or LMG is what you really want

-5.56 NATO
-1/7 twist
-M4 feed ramps
-Middy upper
-A3 upper receiver

I'm still researching the pros/cons of all the other items etc.. The idea of building my own AR is very intriguing.

I like the Daniel Defense stuff as well but haven't talked to anyone with personal experience.

my Daniel Defense is NASTY man.......it's the 14.5 1/7 twist CMV barrel with a Sabre Defense lower.......2 stage match trigger, Nikon Monarch 4-16x42 sitting in an American Defense Recon-S mount......best 3 shot group so far is .27 @100yds with Black Hills 55gr TSX......smoked two does with it last year with 70gr TSX from SSA......one was 142yds, the other about 55......both shots were full pass through with massive blood trails.....it also loves cheaper PPU Prvi Partisan 75gr Match grades.....keeps them about .75 @100

the sickest AR i've ever shot was my little bro's Wilson Combat UT-15 Tactical........i'll probably never be able to do it again, but one day i shot a .126 3-shot group @100yds......that's 1/8th inch!!

I've got several shotguns, 4 or 5 rifles, glock 22 and glock 17. I think the worst part will be when I run out of 300 magnum shells and have to switch!

Yeah buddy. I love my BCM Gunfighter Charging Handle. What size did you go with? I'm guessing Large to clear your optics. My buddy put one on his Bushmaster and it came in handy to help clear jams from it. Stand it upright and give the charging handle a swift heel kick and out comes the case Haven't had to do that on mine yet and hopefully I won't! 3k through it so far w/o a hiccup.

You know if you use half decent brass ammo that is not an issue

I shoot nothing but brass out of mine. With all the millions of brass rounds being fired all over the world, there's going to be hiccups along the way Even if it is a rare occurrence.

How do you like the knoxx forend? I decided to keep my speedfeed LE forend on but curious for someone that has theres on.On my 870 if you look closely I modified the buttstock to take a Remington Supercell Pad b/c I loved it so much on factory stock.Got the knoxx to take out a lot of recoil and the Supercell made it even nicer and more comfortable.

I really like the knoxx forend. That shotgun has almost zero recoil with that stock. Shooting 000 buck & slugs is butter.

Look for the house with the lights on post invasion/Apocalypse/Zombies. ;-)

But i will probably have shifted over and barricaded/fortified Target or Wal-Mart with a few well armed friends by the time you find me. Ammo, food, water, board games and batteries. Sounds like a good time to me.
