I almost bought that stang before I bought the vette. It still has alot that needs to be done to be finished or I would swoop on it now.

I hear ya Im going back and fourth with a guy right now on this brand new built LT1 turbo motor but it still needs a stand alone computer and its setup for 1000hp. Anybody have any input on those aem systems for this motor?

Just remember Phil, aftermarket PCM means "no pass" if you have to deal with DEQ, AFAIK. All told, that 5k will not even be half of the required investment to get you up and going with a decent turbo setup...unless you're going to fab it all yourself.

I dont have deq for my car but I hear ya and I really dont need or want that much power. James that price comes with the turbo and all piping required, basically everything but a pcm.

He's gonna struggle to get that price due to being in the c5 price range...just sayin. I love your old car though thats for sure!

Maybe so, but not necessarily for that reason. Ultra clean 4th gens with low miles are getting harder to find and not everyone would prefer a C5 vette if they are looking for something peticular. Its also a bad time to be selling a car like that, come spring time he will have a much better chance IMO.
