Default Parts advice

So Strano has upped his prices. I'm looking at Bilstein HDs for 419 bones. Which is the best non adjustable Bilstein? Do I need to buy all the bump stops and such? Trying to keep budget in check. Also, to install the Strano springs do I need special hardware? Who's good at lending a hand with a full exhaust install?

I have a UMI pan hard in the car already with Heime joint LCAs . Just wondering about the extra hardware, I don't wanna buy stuff I don't need like bump stops and such. Which non adjustable Bilsteins are the best?

My car handles and rides great with the BMR springs (which are a Strano are copy) and the KYB AGX shocks. No complaints at all. The only other stuff you might want to consider is, a torque arm, torque arm relocate bracket and Strano hollow sway bars. TylerLs1 and I did the sway bars and they are killer.

Hey Copmagnet good luck with the project. I pulled my car apart to install KYB shocks a few years ago and it took most of a Saturday and some of Sunday.

One little thing to remember is the spring perches, they mount to the top of the front shocks/struts and to the inner fender. Be aware that if you can't get them off they are about $120 for replacements, I did mine at 80-90K miles and they were siezed on nice and tight, and using a torch is a bad idea because they are rubber

Oh and use a spring compressor, be safe.
