Yes, you are the original OG. I'm thinking you need to update your SIG pic of you holding a gat.

Question for you...I'm doing some 226cc heads soon. Any advise on which injectors to go with? Brand wise. I was thinking either some 32# or 36#

Thanks
IDK, if the brand of injector makes a difference or not. If it does I doubt its significant. Whether you have enough injector for your power level and how good the tune is will play a bigger role. I will always choose a bigger injector when on the fence between two sizes. You can always remove fuel from the tables in the tune file with an injector that might be slightly too big, but you cant make an injector that is too small give more fuel than its physically capable of supplying at a given pressure. I ran 36lb SVO blue tops in the 387 and it was trapping 125-126 when the car was full weight. Those are rated at 36lb at 43psi, but they are closer to 40lb injector at LS1 fuel pressure which is 58psi.

Awesome. That makes sense. I was leaning towards the larger injectors already. Plus we have a pretty good tuner close by Thanks for the input.

He just added a plate system starting with 100hp shot on his.

I am guilty of not coming to this section as well. I have always gone to either the LT section or now the LS section for my answers. The only reason i found this thread now is i was trying to find a NW tuner close by to me. I will certainly come here more often. BTW can someone please help an Old Fart learn how to post some pics from my iphone to my sig and my garage. I want to put up some pics of my converted 96' thanks Marc
Oh dude u took me off the list?? I guess i deserved that.

I'm surprised I didn't get the ax being most everyone on here dislikes me. This section does suck for the most part though. 90% of the members in here are wannabe's and or are bench racers.

I have a build thread in the FI section. Kind of a pain to do duplicates.

No predictions, I'm smarter than that. Ha!

I'm giving retirement a try. I'm one of those older guys ....

You all better be careful. We are in danger of cracking 143,000 posts in here.... Lol.

I guess what I was getting at with all this is that nobody posts up what they are planning with their cars for the year etc.. Just random replys to other peoples threads etc. Take a look at some of the other sections. Those guys talk about all kinds of **** lol.. Almost seems like everyone is afraid to start a thread or something. I'd like to try changing this section for the better. I think overall we have a pretty good group of people that all like cars and performance. Its more about being around "like minded" people and talking about things we all enjoy doing. It doesn't always even have to do with cars, could be anything you like to do, online video games, guns/ammo, concerts, recent movies (or old classics) etc... Doesn't really matter. Just post it up. Let's get this **** back to a former glory!

And no Todd, we're not all gonna hold hands and sing 'coom by ya' together so get that out of your head lol....

So you converted your 96 to an LS?

To post pics you need to sign up for an online photo sharing site like photobucket or any other you choose. Some are better than others for free sharing, amount of views etc...

Once you sign up, just upload your pics to their site. Once uploaded there is usually a place where you can copy a link for that specific photo. Then just paste the link into the body of your thread/post that you want the pic to show up in.

Easy huh..

Yep I shoot but, I haven't in almost a year or so since ammo is so damn expensive.

I wanna get s&w m&p 15-22 to plink with. Looking for one with the threaded barrel for around $400 new.
