Default Stalled autos?

I am trying to decide on how high of a stall i want to go with in my jeep when i do the ls swap, and wondering if there are any stalled autos locally to get me an idea of how they drive on the street. If you have a stalled auto what converter and stall speed did you go with and how do you like it?

You want a higher stall converter in a jeep?
I am not sure how that would be of any benefit to off roading whatsoever.

I don't do rock crawling type of four wheeling with the jeep, it is mostly used on the street, in the sand dunes, up in the snow and occasional trips to the drag strip. Since the motor I will be putting in the jeep will have a larger cam, the higher stall will help driveablity; but thought I would ask around to see how streetable/tight the different converters are.
