At first glance they may look alike but side by side you can definitely see the differences. I was told once that they're nothing alike.

I agree. I wouldn't buy one unless it's a manual and those are going to be the newer models.

There's a guy on here, a 10 year member, selling his for 45k and he's done a lot of awesome work on it. It's definitely custom.

damn i wish we got some of those calais sportwagons over here. sooo sexy.

The Washington state patrol is phasing the caprices out. Could probably get them fairly cheap and swap to an LS3 and t56. They said it was taking to long to get parts and the prices were to high.

Isn't the Calais bigger in size? I've read about steering pump issues.

They seem all around expensive to maintain. Maybe not the best car to buy. I once had a 330i and lifting the hood each time was easily $800 plus. I don't want to do that again.
