LOL I might be able to race my car just found out the block is good so we are taking it to a local shop & having them do some Mechine work & the bottom end.

I think the DOT tire thing is not really needed. Why does it matter what tire you run? I think it should be the fastest LS1 period in the NW, not put a bunch of stipulations and rules on it.

Hey Mike. It was discussed and agree'd on IF you ever get that slow car of your running again(heard block got Fct?) come race with us.

I will race you on DOT tire to your race tires any day even if you can manage to be faster

I Stuffed you in the Number two slot once before I think I could do it again

BTW Block , Crank, Rods and Pistons go back in the shop tomorrow. AND this time I will not pay till they are done!

I am going to go out a limb here, and say that if it aint gonna run an 12.5 or faster, it aint gonna be on the list.

Well whatever you do Ellis do NOT go to Dave Andrigo!!! The place he sent my rotating assembly in to have it ballanced really messed it up. The crank was 37 grams out on one end so they took 37 grams out of the flywheel. There is nothing to say I would have installed the flywheel perfect to counter act the crank, and even if I did, it would not have lasted long. Now it is fixed by Dave Bliss, and I am going after Dave Adrigo, or the guys who did the job to get my $ back!!!
I also will not have "Race" tires Ellis, I will be running DOT because we have to for the CCC. My point was just why should people be limited to DOT tires?
I will run you heads up any where any time Better bring enough!!!

Good luck getting the money back. There has to be money before you can take it

My wife is still un-happy about the way it turned out. I feel for you and hope it runn's good when you get it there. i have a great machinest here in Kirkland now. has done three motors for me in the last year now.

OH BTW. I plan on bringing just enough....and 200HP more

Well, it will be fun how ever it goes.
I have learned my lesson about Dave!!! Sorry it happened to you also. All my stuff is fixed now, so I just have to put it together.

Out on a limb? HA! I think that is a very safe bet Ryan. And by next year you might have to run 11s.

About your Nittos, what psi do you run them at & how hard are you hitting them (4k?) to get a 1.6 60' time? I'm tired of putting my QTPs on every time I go to the track & I'm thinking about 315 Nittos. Are you running 3.73 gears? And do you still have the A4 in that, or did you put another Groo TH400 / 700r4 in?

I run them at about 16 psi, some people run more, but 15 works for me. The converter that I am running is a Yank Super Thruster 3500, it really stalls some where around 3800-3900. It has a very high STR, so it hits'em pretty hard. I am running the factory 3.23's in the 10 bolt. Its a Groo Master 4L60e.

Havent you seen me race? Last year I was having problems with my car & I still made points. OH that is also starting my car on the line at IDLE because if I even pushed it up to 1000RPMs my car would spin off the line. In talking to Don Berry & a few other people if I can get my engine put back together I can run Easy in to the 13s ( But I am not holding my breath on that.) With the amount of TQ that the engine was putting out at the crank before it spun the bearings.


The first race I was the only one on our team that made it past the first round. & I do believe I made it to the 4th.
Yea lol I have taken several of NWRs out plus even some of the NWMCA.

Last year my husband did the almost impossable & took Bill Sallia out in the last race of the year & made it in to the simis. I do believe the only member that was NOT NWMCA to finish that far that day.
