Default Paging Mark / WAHUSKER

Mark, your car is the only cammed car I've heard for more than 30 seconds, and that was when we met at burger master last year with all the guys.

I liked the idle on your car, how agressive is the cam? I'm trying to decide which way to go. Also, since it seems we're not going to visit David Endringo this weekend, how about burger master again tomorrow (sat) so I can hear your car again Anyone else interested on Burger Master tomorrow around 2pm or so?

Thanks

Mark has the GM Hot cam in his car. It has alot more bark than bite supposedly. But in Marks case he seems to be getting some real good #'s with it.

BTW, how do you like your S3 TB? I am considering getting one.

My car is in pieces still (no axles). Maybe next weekend? There are plenty of cammed LS1 cars in the group to compare. Most of the popular ones actually. Mine - Hot Cam w/1.8 rockers, Steves - Hot Cam, Dougs - TR 224, Jasons (both) - TSP 231/237, Ryans - FM13, Boyces - X1? (but it's apart right now), and soon to be Bills - Cup Cam. We should plan a spring cruise in some weekend SOON!

Bill is going to be running the ASA cam. My new one will be the Cup cam. The X1 was a good cam. Had excellent drivability and still made alot of power.

I'm in for the spring cruise, good idea. Well, I've got to go hear and maybe ride on cammed cars to see how they are for daily use. I just don't want to be annoyed after a month of driving the car.

As for the Shaner S3 TB, love it. Great piece of work, car idles perfectly and the TB response is very nice, even more so in 3rd and 4th gear. Major improvement over stock. When you call Mark Shaner be aware he'll talk your ears off but he is a super nice guy. Order with time, he has some health issues (diabetis) that prevent him from working sometimes. I believe his site is s2performance.net.
