Go take one for a spin. I'd like to hear what you or Bill think of how these cars handle.

Mark,

What will you do with the stock hood? I might be interested since I have storage space to spare.

I'll let you know IF I get to keep it. I never asked, so I'm not sure how this will work.

And the wheels are 17 x 8, with 245/40/WR17s I believe.

I was poking around the GTO stuff. Keep the exhaust you have and buy headers. It would be an appearance mod to have the dual outlets, esspecially IF they cost big $$.

Developed to meet the needs of even the most heavily modified GTO applications, these headers employ 1 3/4" primaries and 3" collectors to provide huge power increases throughout the rpm range. Team them with one of our Loud Mouth or PowerFlo cat-backs to create a fully optimized exhaust system. Race-proven on SLP’s 575-hp ZL-402 development car! GTO Long-Tube Header Features Constructed entirely from mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel Heavy-duty (3/8"), one-piece flanges resist warping Worth up to 25 additional rear-wheel horsepower Aluminum-ceramic coating provides superior performance, appearance, and component longevity Easy bolt-on installation—no cutting or welding required! Compatible with stock or SLP cat-back system Includes high-flow catalytic converters, oxygen-sensor extension harnesses, detailed instructions, and all required installation hardware

Headers? Todd......I'm TRYING to be good! QUIT THAT!!! And yes, I have done one little burnout. With a tight motor & new tires, it wasn't all that impressive. But then neither was the TA as I recall....until the motor hit 5k miles.

And no Bill, you are NOT driving my GTO down Chuckanut Dr. Go try out that yellow one @ Foothills. It's got the keys in it. I doubt they'll even notice it's gone. And since it's clear out on the end, they might not even be able to smell the tires when you bring it back.

Seriously, I will have to let you drive it to see what you think. But you must promise not to trade in your TA first. I did see an 05 in Evt yesterday. The hood scoops & dual exhaust make a BIG difference in how the car looks.

Well, I'm gonna have to find a new job first I'm currently unemployed. I couldn't take any more crap from my boss and told him where to shove it yeah, you can tell I'm real sad about that huh? NOT!

Anyone need a graphics person/printer/colorizer/front desk clerk?

Anyway, I would love to drive one of those in the future, maybe in a couple years we'll be able to pick one up!
