Awesome I'm so jealous lol I want my paint to look like that... I cringe everytime I see that side skirt of mine and the front bumper sagging (as slight as it does)

I got to see it out in the sun yesterday when they moved it from one shop to another... and the color just GLOWS now. It's gonna look incredible when I get some polish on it.

Right now I'm trying to get everything together to detail the engine compartment as soon as it comes back.

No more dirty car for me.

That paint looks awsome Zeke! I never realised how much metal flake was in that purple. I can't wait to see it after you get some wax (Zaino?) on it.

You know, if I was your husband, I'd HAVE to respond to that one...

Getting even closer... hopefully will have it back by the weekend... in case you're wondering, the paper on the nose is there to protect it from being scratched up while they align all of the body panels.

Once it's done it goes for color sanding and final finishing.

I have 4 cans of engine degreaser and a bunch of detailing supplies sitting in my garage waiting for the car to come home..

...not to mention a whole shitload of subtle appearance mods.

I was just noticing how dusty the engine bay is. Can you imagine if Todd ever had to take his SS in to the body shop? He'd be hanging around all day opening & closing things for the shop guys just to keep all that dust out.

Ya know what cracks me up the most?

You all noticed the dust in the engine compartment, but totally missed the stock intake back on the car.
