Default Current CCC Standings

Shamelessly ripped from http://www.carclubchallenge.com/ forums:

1) NW Muscle Car Association 62 points
2) Pacific NW Camaro Club 46 points
3) Team NW F-Body 36 points
4) Seattle Club Grand Prix 34 points
5) Mustangs Northwest 20 points

I'll post the standings as soon as I get all the names correct. Thanks for a great race. Hope everyone had fun. Remember this year you get a point for first round even if you lose. So you can still support your team just by showing up and who knows!
Apparently numbers count more than skill this year -- nwmca wasn't present in the final two rounds...

You get a point just for showing! We need to have people showing in serious numbers this year!

Well it's tough when the Biscay family by themselves outnumbers all the other clubs combined... not to mention the handful of other "non-Biscays" the NWMCA has running.

I still think NW F-Body and the Camaro Club should merge into one team... then we'd stand a chance. There's nothing in the rules that says we can't have a NW F-Body/NW Camaro Club unified team.

I'm signing up to race for NW F-Body once I'm able to race... does no good to have two separate teams if we're gonna try to challenge NWMCA.

What is required to race for a team at the CCC events? Is there like an extra fee, or some official application for the team or something?

And for NW F-body do you have to race in an f-body?

At the next CCC event (Bremerton on the 21st) just tell them at the booth that you're racing CCC, and it's an extra $5 I believe, which pays for your CCC number. Then go to the CCC tent that's usually set up past the tech area and tell RC Mitchell or Bill Salia that you're racing for NW F-body, then pick a number from the ones available... simple as that.

& when you race at PR you have to pay PRs CCCA number which is $5 as well.

Hey Jason arent you racing with us this year?

As for us joining forces We (PNWCC) have talked about it & like you guys we dont want to lose ourselves with another team. This was talked about it several years ago when NWF was started, Thats how we have some members that are PNWCC members racing with NWF. Bill Salia & Ellis (well Ellis was a member) are members of PNWCC.

I will be missing one more race then I will be back racing my truck My last day at the hospital is the 13th of June.

Not true. Once you pay your $5 to race CCC, you get to race at both tracks. And you use the same number. (you still have to pay the regular track fee each time) The $5 goes towards paying for all of the trophies.

Car Club #: $10.00 (One time fee)

From Prs website

They started last year charging us extra money since they are running THEIR CCC races. We just show up & race.

Everysince Russel took over running the track, they have been milking us for more money.

Well maybe I will try to race with my new volvo at some of these events until I can have my Camaro ready to race. A high 15 second car should do good in the brackets . Once I get this volvo all ready and reliable, bye bye goes the wagon and hello new clutch, line lock, shift light, dsl, and whatever else I need to get my Camaro race-ready!
