Nice. But I couldn't own one exactly like yours. See how much better your car looks with chrome wheels?! And I think I would have vacummed the interior before posting for sale pics....

Looks like it needs a little love from Mr. Vacuum Cleaner and Mr. Zaino.

Oh c'mon. You know you would have that thing looking good in no time. Plus you would add some bling and a lot of go fast parts that I wouldn't even try. Besides, is there REALLY ever two cars that are alike? Between us, no.

After taking Erics for a spin last night, I would LOVE to own a Z. It is everything I thought it would be. Which is why I did NOT want to drive it. Now I want one.....

Damn the way I see it someone in this forum needs to win the freaking lottery and pass out some cars!!!!

Mark your car is pretty freaking sweet, I would have never gotten rid of my SOM if it wasn't for the perfect offer. The Z06 is a better all around car yes but you have a very special WS6 and you could make it just the way you wanted with the money you'd have to spend on a Z I know....

All that said go by a Z, you won't be sorry

It's not good enough that you own a built TA and a new GTO...now you need a Vette.

I think you passed up the Jones by far lol. Personaly, if you were going to buy anything you should buy an old GTO or a old TA, that would be more over the top than a newer Vette for a collection.

Yes I am only joking by sticking up for Mark, giving you other guys a hard time. Us F-body folks stick together no matter what!

Hey Mark... I'm looking at the 'Vettes too! I'll probably be taking a good long look at what Park Place has in stock in the next couple of months, since they're about the only ones that will take my car... lord knows I can't sell this damn thing to anyone for any more than what Park Place would give me for it, so I'd rather not have to deal with tire kickers if that's the case.

Although I'll be looking at either a Z06 if I'm not planning on modding, or a regular C5 (probably a 99 or 00) if I am planning on doing some mods. In a way, I'm kind of drawn toward the "sleeper" aspect of doing a C5 to be sneaky fast... kind of like Ryan K and his Z28.

That has crossed my mind...

Right now I'm thinking a 99-00 C5 A4 (since they're so damn common and cheap these days), with a mild converter, intake, catback, and a GT2-3 cam along with some new sway bars and shocks. Might also do Nitro Dave's NX direct port for an LSX manifold eventually. That would make for a real easy, real stealthy setup that nobody would suspect to be very fast.

Funny how I don't even have a new car yet and I still have about $4k worth of mods planned out.

You see my point. Although the Z06 is pretty nasty stock, and you have fun with the power to weight and different suspension...not too mention brakes that allow you to go faster in more areas.

You get bored with it, and that little birdie comes back chirpin in your ear.... Hey what if you had this, man if you just had 40 more rwhp. And the sickness begins again. Honestly unless you go all out wild there is alot less to do especially with the Z06. The rear end is pretty much done, the suspension and brakes are more than I'll ever use, the interior is nice, clutch isn't too bad although that is something you'll be changing.

So really all there is are heads and cam then strocker or poweradder...maybe both
