From a 0-10mph start, yes. From a 30+mph roll it would be quite different......471rwhp!

How about Lake Stevens around 2:30? So, do we know any sponsors we can bribe into voting for Todd this year?

Nah, thats one of the reasons I decided against it too. I'm going to start polishing my paint and glass friday after work. I'm still cleaning out rubber from my rear fenderwells and undercarriage and exhaust.

I think full on slicks like Mark, Todd and The Jason's bought is the way to go. They don't take as much to get warm and hook and they don't shed the rubber like a drag radial does.

Power Naps baby, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

No Prob, you can use them for the June 1 date. I fully expect at least a 12.99 though.

You guys are starting to make me re-think going racing Friday. I need to tear into the TA & clean all the gunk off of it from racing 2 weeks ago. But I WANT a 12.1x timeslip.

And the most I get off my QTPs is 2 brown stripes in the fender wells where they seem to throw water from the grooves. Vitually no rubber at all. After this coming weekend, you can borrow them if you'd like.

Decisions, decisions.............. How much more work do you want to do to get ready for the colby show and cruise??? I really wanted to go to get that 12.99 and under. But I also want to chill and relax this weekend and not hustle around to get ready for the cruise and other stuff we have planned. So racing got the axe.

I'll let ya know how that glass polish kit works.

Wow, am I the only one that could care less about how clean my car is for Colby? I'll wash it Sunday and that will be it. I was hoping to have some company at the track but I will go it alone.

I'm going Eric. It just sounded tempting to sit around leisurely cleaning the car, drinking & smoking.

As for the rest of the weekend, if it's cloudy, cool & rainy Saturday, the wife & I will probably bag the dirt track & go see Star Wars. Sunday has the worst forecast (on average....each place seems to have a different one). So the cruise & bikini contest may get nixed. But Monday calls for partly cloudy & a 'few showers'. If it's drizzly in the wee hours Sunday morning, I may drive in later, but my plan is to get there EARLY.

Come on you wussy's!

Last time I showed my car (Big Camaro show in 00) I showed up with Rubber all over the car and tossed a few 11-12 second slips in the windsheild!

THAT getts people going!

The car was real clean other wise I just had my priorities straight! From what I under stand we did well in the voting but had showed up late

Lets go race!
